Virginia Beach, Virginia - TeleArk, LLC has been recently nominated for the Hampton Roads Technology Council's (HRTC - http://www.hrtc.org) Tech Nite 2010 High Tech Emerging Company Award.  This award recognizes outstanding commercial potential by an emerging company, such as TeleArk, that produces and markets predominantly high technology-based products or services.  The company should have been in business no less than 1 year and have at least 1 full year of verifiable sales revenues.  The company shall be headquartered, or substantially based in the Hampton Roads region.  With over 50 employees planning to be hired over the next year, TeleArk is proof that leveraging technology, training and talent are critical to being successful in today's business environment.

Just a few short years ago, a visionary technocrat, confronted his own barriers to success and had the good sense to recognize a business opportunity.  Christopher Machut, President of TeleArk, found that the greatest stumbling block to acquiring new customers for his, and any other business, is developing a prospect list and then making all those qualifying cold-calls.  Christopher put together a team of fifteen like-minded professionals with the main goal being to make their customers’ sales departments more efficient, effective and profitable by providing them with a steady flow of qualified prospective customers, often with the initial appointments set up for a sales call.  By applying the most advanced communications technology to business TeleArk lifted the burden of lead qualification and cold-calling from their customers’ shoulders so they could concentrate on face-to-face contacts with qualified prospects.

Not content with just being a visionary using technology to improve business, TeleArk embraces corporate responsibility for the environment by being very “GREEN.”  Using their advanced technology to telecommute to a virtual office, instead of burning the fuel and the time to drive to work, TeleArk has a carbon footprint so small as to be nearly non-existent.  All TeleArk team members telecommute, including the president.  All of their contracts are signed digitally.  Their teams meet through virtual cloud computing and they use computer communication sites like Skype and Go-To-Meetings.  Telecommuting is not only GREEN, but it minimizes their employee’s exposure to the physical dangers of the rush hour commute. See the TeleArk white-paper at http://www.teleark.com/whitepaper/going_green.

Expanding upon the business of using technology to ease the burden and pain of developing and qualifying sales leads, TeleArk also provides clients with inbound-outbound call center services, database management, trade show attendance coordination and follow-up.  They will handle customer service inquiries and even order entry.  In a nutshell, TeleArk provides a relief from a lot of the arduous daily tasks, enabling a company to use their personnel resources for more critical duties.  In tough economic times, TeleArk clients are able to run “lean and mean,” rather than staff for their full needs.  TeleArk is not only environmentally GREEN, but their services allow their clients to better utilize their “financial GREEN” in running their businesses.

In their brief existence, TeleArk, LLC has become one of the premiere sales process outsourcing companies (SPO) in the USA.  They are so confident that their programs will bring the desired results that they offer an industry lead satisfaction guarantee.  Not only are the results warranted to their clients, but Machut and company are not afraid to risk their own money to prove the point.

TeleArk, LLC is the epitome of the technologically advanced 21st Century company.  Utilizing advanced communications systems, innovation and a professional approach to day-to-day sales processes, they are providing an invaluable service to their pleased clientele.  Sales organizations that are the recipients of TeleArk programs are achieving increased sales, higher profits and better utilization of their salespeople.  This is also a company that recognizes and accepts their corporate responsibility towards improving the environment.
