When I was younger, having asthma and being dyslexic certainly did not help my GPA or athletic abilities.  However, my father taught me a philosophy for success. I have a belief and I believe in it strongly. It is the philosophy I operate by daily. It is not very complicated but it will change your whole attitude about life, problems, people and business.

I believe that all human activity is based on a guiding ideal. Great moments, great achievements are always based on a set of convictions and a vision people seek to implement. When I beat cancer, 20 years ago, I kept a gaze fixed on the idea “If I, can so can others.” To this day I give talks on; ‘60% of the Cure is Mental Attitude’ and so many others are winning too. 

In many ways, this is what distinguishes leaders from others.  It is their ability to forge a visions placed before their eyes and have others follow them.

Embracing Change as Opportunity

Life is full of changes, sometimes unwanted. As I look back on my career, I realize now that I was fortunate to learn critical lessons relatively early.  During the 1980’s recession I had to close my panelize-modular home building factory down and put 109 people without jobs. I felt devastated and terrified about my future. What was I going to do? Little did I know that my entire career was getting ready to change in a very positive way. Seven months later the US State Department award me a contract to export 100,000 panelize-modular-mobile homes to Israel and manage a technology exchange to build two automated home building factories.
