The TeleArk Client Portal is the primary point for all TeleArk clients to view call statistics, listen to recordings conducted by their sales team, generate campaign reports and monitor their campaigns online 24 hours a day.
This version of the TeleArk Client portal expands upon the existing capabilities by adding more features and improved navigation. These improvements include additional filtering controls, calendar appointments attached directly to the email notifications, increase or decrease the number of reports results per page, jump to specifically defined records and even specify the length of a recording that can be filtered.
