Official Support Survey Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. Sweepstakes is managed by TeleArk, LLC, 4873 S. Oliver Drive, Suite 101, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23455, USA. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is offered only electronically via the Internet and is open to all persons age 18 and older who were directly contacted to take part in the support survey. Void where prohibited. All federal, national, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

How to Enter: You may enter the Sweepstakes by following the link in your email invitation to the survey Web site. All entries become the exclusive property of TeleArk, LLC and will not be acknowledged or returned. Note: Survey completion is necessary to enter the drawing. By completing the survey in its entirety, you will be automatically entered. The sweepstakes will be open for an indefinitely period of time and may be canceled at anytime at TeleArk, LLC's sole discretion with our without notice.

Selection of Winner: Winner will be selected at random. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the drawing and must claim their prize by email within 14 days of that notification by replying to the email notification with their current postal address. Prize check will be mailed within 14 days of receipt of prizewinner's claim. TeleArk, LLC is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize within 14 days of notification, prize may awarded to another randomly selected winner. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account.

Condition: By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of TeleArk, LLC, which shall be final. TeleArk, LLC, agents and representatives of TeleArk, LLC, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of TeleArk, LLC that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (iv) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. TeleArk, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel Sweepstakes at any time if a computer virus, bug or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to release and hold TeleArk, LLC and the employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives of TeleArk, LLC, its advertising, promotion, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes.
