About the Job:
- We are looking for Outbound Phone Sales Associates to be the primary interface for our client's business and consumer marketing campaigns.
- Conduct outbound phone calls to either take surveys, extend invitations, or set appointments.
- The Associate must be able to deliver scripted presentations in English and make a minimum number of daily dials consistently.
- Consistent attendance is a must.
- Working hours are from 8am-5pm U.S. Eastern Timezone.
- Success in this role could lead to promotion and future leadership positions.
- Highly competitive industry pay rates (20% to 30% higher).
Requirements:

- You enjoy working in a team environment including listening, building relationships and solving problems.
- At least 1 year, preferably 2 years exposure in retail/consumer (b2c) and/or business-to-business (b2b) phone sales or telemarketing gained from a call center or BPO.
- Applicants with field sales experience may be considered as long as they also have relevant exposure doing phone-based selling.
- Preferably have experience calling and representing professional companies such as IT companies.
- Must exhibit excellent American English.
- Must be a highly persuasive and artful communicator.
- Ability to self-manage and deploy multiple verbal and computer-related instructions.
- Detail oriented, organized and dependable.
- Possess a high degree of flexibility.
Must Have:
- Computer with mouse and keyboard, and high speed internet connection (DSL, cable, etc.) As one of the benefits TeleArk will reimburse 100% of your Internet. Cell phone broadband connections are not recommended.
- Headset with mic.
- Your own office space or corner that has minimal to no background noise.
