To ensure that we achieve this, you won't be getting just one person to work on a specific campaign but a team of experts and professionals instead. Each member is carefully chosen based on a stringent criteria set forth by TeleArk and the client.

The TeleArk team members are as follows:

  • TeleArk Associate

The calling associate is the one responsible for making the cold calls and representing the client on the phone. They're the ones in-charge of finding golden leads. TeleArk is fully aware that the quality of the agent can either make or break the client's image so we will place it  upon ourselves to deploy only the most qualified and competent to be calling agents.

  • Account Manager

The Account manager directly manages the calling associate, the sales trainer, and the back - up agent. He/she directly interacts with the client as serves as the main point of contact.  He/she is the team captain and is in - charge of making sure that the campaign's goals and objectives are met. As the leader of the team, the Account Manager should be result - oriented and must have a tenacious attitude towards achieving customer satisfaction.

  • Sales Trainer

The Sales Trainer serves as the coach and quality assurance analyst of the team. He/She is delegated the task of making sure that each lead passed to the client is of the utmost quality. Every lead passed and every call made is carefully screened by the sales trainer, making it absolutely sure that the client gets golden apple leads.

  • Backup Associate

The backup associate fills in for the primary associate in the event that he/she would be unavailable. Just like the TeleArk associate, the backup associate is trained well to be fully equipped and qualified for any campaign.

  • Data Entry Specialist

The Data Entry Specialist is the one directly incharge of making sure that the whole campaign is running on a well - targeted database. The accuracy of the database has a substantial bearing on the success of the whole campaign that's why it is of the utmost importance that fresh and updated records are provided and the Data Entry Specialist will make sure of that.
