TeleArk Releases v2.5 Client Portal
Virginia Beach, VA - TeleArk, LLC is proud to announce the release of v2.5 of the TeleArk Client Portal. The TeleArk Client Portal is the primary point for all TeleArk clients to generate reports, listen to recordings and even monitor their campaigns 24 hours a day, at their leisure.
This latest release is in response to the number of praises and constructive suggestions for improvement since the v2.0 release back in February of 2009. As a result, we've taken a significant number of these suggestions and implemented them into this latest official release.
A significant portion of the improvements focus around the reporting software and the information available within the reports. Some of the most desirable features are the ability to filter the results based on any text and quickly navigate between reports and setting appointments. We hope that all of our current customers find these new features valuable and prospective customers ask their TeleArk campaign manager to see what they can do today!
With the TeleArk Client Portal v2.5 release, every TeleArk client can:
- Campaign Reporting - View status of any campaign in real-time. Export any campaign in PDF, Excel or XML formats and even filter them based on date ranges or specific text. Some of the specific reports included are Campaign Summary, Campaign Call Log and Lead Report Details reports.
- Recordings - Listen and download any campaign recordings within seconds of the call being completed.
- Project Management - View team member information, upload documents and see progress of team related tasks.
- Appointment Calendar - View all appointments in real-time. Export them directly into iCal or vCal format for use with your favorite calendaring software such as Microsoft® Outlook.
